RC Media is an advertising and consulting firm located in Orlando, FL. We have recently expanded to Miami and are looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Rep to join our team!

We are currently looking for an organized, proficient, and vibrant Customer Service Representative to help assist us with customer accounts and transactions.

Job Requirements:

· High Attention to Detail.

· Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.

· Excellent verbal/written communication.

· Communicating with customers and clients about additional products and services.

· Handling customer concerns.

· Following up with customers weekly.

· Provide excellent Customer Service to clients and customers.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

· Must be personable, energetic, positive and enjoy working with people daily.

Qualifications:

· FULL TIME Hours.

· Be Able to Commute to our Miami location.

· At Least 18 Years of Age.

· Customer Service/Retail/Hospitality Experience.

· Thrive in Dynamic and Collaborative Environment.
