The Position:

This is a 6-month career path into direct sales or Marketing Managment. Start out as (entry-level) no experience necessary, set appointments by speaking to homeowners for a no cost quote for Solar energy. You will be Eligible for promotion within 2 months from hire date to our senior rep role, in 4 months you are eligible for promoting into our team lead position, once you hit your 6-month period you are eligible to be trained into management or direct sales. Base Pay + Uncapped Commission +Bonuses

Entry-Level - $38,000-$48,000

Sr Rep - $54,000-$64,000

Team Lead - $68,000-$78,000

Asst. Manager - $84,000-$98,000

Manager- $100,000-$115,000
