Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading privately held wealth management firm in the Jersey City area. Currently we are seeking Entry Level Finance Associates to join our operations team.

Responsibilities:
- Verification processing and recording of trades settlements, Foreign Exchange Processing, Trade Entry, Corporate Actions etc.
- Securities processing
- Global Support of all alternative fund transactions
- Review and complete hedge fund documentation
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal to work with team, other departments and at time clients
- Bachelors degree required, no exceptions
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management preferred
- 0-1 years of experience, relatable experience, internships and hands on experience preferred
- Ability to work hybrid onsite/remote schedule
