From its world-class manufacturing facility in Longview WA., NORPAC delivers a broad range of high-quality papers to customers across the United States and around the world. NORPAC makes high-quality and environmentally conscious packaging, copy paper and printing paper grades.
NORPAC is now accepting applications for entry-level full-time production positions.
Minimum job requirements include:
- capable of heavy physical labor
- capable of working in extremely hot, humid and noisy areas
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- basic math and writing skills
- willingness to work rotating shifts
Required:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Preferred:
Previous industrial experience as well as with mobile equipment is a plus.
Necessary Skills:
Ability to work in a team environment; good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
The starting rate for both positions is $22.55/hr. The full time wage increases incrementally and typically reaches full rate of $30.57 in 12-18 months.
