We are a team of technologists who specialize in IT hardware recycling & refurbishing. We have vast experience in the production process of computers and laptops, and how to repurpose used computers for reuse.

Qualifications
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with electronics or a strong willingness to learn.
- The ability to self-direct.
- Proven time management skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Full-Time: M-F/9am-5pm Avilibility - (Preferred).
- Previous Experience/Roles in Level 1 HelpDesk ~ Tech Support ~ Laptop Repair ~ Geek Squad (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ALL basic - Laptop (& occassional Desktop) Setups/System Updates/OS Upgrades/Hardware (RAM & Storage) Upgrades
- Testing Laptops & Phones to ensure proper functionality & documenting the results.
- Cleaning Laptops and Phones
- Take necessary action to resolve basic technical problems
- Documenting technical findings in our Inventory Management System (Good note taking Skills is IMPORTANT)
- Researching Tech Documentation (mainly via the Manufacturer - Dell,Lenovo, HP, Etc.,) to find specifications that cannot easily be uncovered in unworking or unmarked units.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
