Today our customers trust us with their e-waste disposal whether they require residential computer disposal
or commercial computer disposal, we offer free e-waste pick up right from their doorstep.

We are a team of technologists who specialize in IT hardware recycling & refurbishing. We have vast experience in the production process of computers and laptops, and how to repurpose used computers for reuse.

Qualifications

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working with electronics or a strong willingness to learn.
• The ability to self-direct.
• Proven time management skills.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full-Time: M-F/9am-5pm Avilibility - (Preferred).
• Previous Experience/Roles in Level 1 HelpDesk ~ Tech Support ~ Laptop Repair ~ Geek Squad (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ALL basic - Laptop (& occassional Desktop) Setups/System Updates/OS Upgrades/Hardware (RAM & Storage) Upgrades
• Testing Laptops & Phones to ensure proper functionality & documenting the results.
• Cleaning Laptops and Phones
• Take necessary action to resolve basic technical problems
• Documenting technical findings in our Inventory Management System (Good note taking Skills is IMPORTANT)
• Researching Tech Documentation (mainly via the Manufacturer - Dell,Lenovo, HP, Etc.,) to find specifications that cannot easily be uncovered in unworking or unmarked units.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
