Job description
  • 3+ years of experience as a BA or PC or Associate PM working with Clinical Applications
  • Experience with Epic and integrating downstream systems
  • Led large committees with executive participants, excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Policy/Procedure creation/revision
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word
  • Project Coordination/Management of large initiatives

Plusses:

  • Experience with IAM/Security for Clinical Applications
  • Experienced in organizational change management
  • Six Sigma and/or project management institute certification
  • Experience working in a PMO

Day to Day:

  • Establish and facilitate workgroups to review the restrictions and remediation plans for each identity impacted.
  • Identify current policies, decisions, processes/standards that may direct our adherence to the UCOP policy.
  • Discuss risks, concerns, and constraints.
  • Create the design principles, decision documents, remediation plan, and policy changes (as required).
  • Identify the policy owners, and /or key leaders to sign off on approach.
  • Recommend the change management and communication plans.
  • Document the upstream and downstream systems for each application.
  • Coordinate and document vendor responses, next steps, target dates, remediation costs, and risks for all identities in scope.
  • Document all procedural and technical restrictions for submission to UCOP.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
