Primary Role:

Provide analytical & technical expertise for defining the requirements & design activities pertaining to the centralization of Tribar Technologies. Managing and assisting in the improvements of the ERP System (Plex) and the leading of additional integration activities needed to support additional improvements. Communication with Senior Leadership and project planning the implementation plans while documenting solution changes to production support personnel.

Responsibilities of Position:

Responsible for the following but is not limited to:

• Deployment of centralized & common network infrastructure, processes and procedures across all Tribar sites while adhering to enterprise infrastructure & security standards
• Plex ERP System Champion. Ability to assist with roll out of new functionalities, make improvements and integration of SCADA systems to enhance the Plex functionalities
• Reviewing Tribar business requirements & scope for each phase of application development & deployment from an infrastructure perspective
• Overseeing technical support for end users which includes:
• Managing Level 1 & 2 technical support staff
• Monitoring & prioritizing incoming helpdesk calls and tickets
• Security administration
• Level 2 application software support
• Telephony administration
• Assisting in the development and execution of all site specific Project Plans. Assesses variances from the plan and develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure project responsibilities are completed on time and within cost and quality objectives
• Assisting in the execution of the infrastructure and application consolidation plans for all Tribar sites
• Developing and maintaining a productive working relationship with Tribar leadership teams

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related field. 5+ years of progressively responsible IT leadership demonstrating experience in building and leading a manufacturing oriented information technology organization and facilitating change.
