Position Summary:

We are seeking team members with experience in developing software and solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, adapt, test, and implement features and reports in ERP software
• Discuss business requirements with users and management
• Document business practice workflows and data structures
• Develop solutions within a professional source code management framework
• Ensure database schema is structured to optimize query response time
• Report on a regular basis on tasks completed and in progress
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with an interest in Relational Databases and Manufacturing Processes
• Must have experience with Python and PostgreSQL
• Experience developing software in teams larger than seven people

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

• Proven ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and identify solutions.
• Strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills, time management skills, and proven ability to meet deadlines with thorough follow through
• Experience in the Telecommunication industry
• OpenERP (Odoo) software development experience is beneficial
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, MySQL, Linux, and Docker
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and source control systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to effectively communicate, prioritize, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and priority.
