Who Are We?:

We are a Building Material Distributor with 18 branches (and counting) located throughout Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Our Products include; drywall, insulation, metal studs and framing, and acoustical ceiling tile among other interior construction products. We mainly specialize in commercial projects (think BIG), but supply specialty and residential jobs too (think small).

Objective: Estimate Commercial Door projects thoroughly and accurately. Facilitate and ensure contracts and agreements to perform are profitable and in the best interest of Interior Supply.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with our customer base and vendor/suppliers.

· Bid work at an appropriate margin to obtain an order while maximizing profitability.

· Complete the “Project Information” spreadsheet to provide the most accurate and up to date project specifics.

· Enter all projects to bid on Bid Log.

· Communicate with manufacturers to obtain quotes and commitments.

· Develop quotes to include specific end dates; ensuring to note how long the quote is available and provide appropriate product per specifications.

· Submit RFI as needed to clarify bids.

· Follow up on all project bids to negotiate the sale and ensure proper communication with contractor / customer.

· Update and track customer communications to provide quality customer care and ensure future communications are informative and accurate.

· Clearly communicate job particulars and requirements to the “Detailing” and “PM” group.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
