Job Title: ETL Developer

Location: St Louis, MO (Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 6 month C2H

Experience: 8+ years

Job Description:

• A very senior level data engineer would be joining the ETL team

• They could certainly join in the on-call rotation if it would make things easier but we would want someone quite senior who can contribute to ETL projects with minimal guidance

• Hands-on experience in ETL implementation without a tool like SSIS. It could be C#, python or even Apache spark but someone with actual coding experience

Job Details:

• 7+ years of experience in ETL development and data warehouse development

• Work with various database access tools and methods to address business requirements while maintaining control, integrity, and accessibility of data

• Subject matter expert in the development of the information systems roadmap as means to ensure the organization has the proper data infrastructure

• Build database schemas, tables, and dictionaries conforming to industry standards

• Create functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers to support application development

• ETL (extract, transform, load) workflow management. Design, Build, and Monitor ETLs processes implemented as TSQL scripts or C# apps and Restful APIs

• Should have some experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres SQL

• Build Report using SQL server reporting services to meet the needs of stakeholders ranging from production staff to executives

• Communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences

• Oversee troubleshooting of system issues

• Having an understanding of Databricks or Apache spark would be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

• Informatica: 1 year (Preferred)
