We’ve accomplished this by creating an exceptional customer experience through the implementation of advanced technology and innovative marketing techniques.

Our rapid growth means we’re always seeking to add highly talented and creative people to the Interstate team.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

  • A high school degree required; a two-year or four-year degree is preferred.

Here’s what we offer:
  • One of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry.
  • A commitment to your career growth and professional development – the Event Manager role leads to increasing responsibilities in the Operations Manager and General Manager roles.
  • A fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.

Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Create and implement strategies to maximize profitability of assigned locations.
  • Provide financial reviews of assigned locations.
  • Create and maintain professional relationships with all customers, vendors, team members, co-workers, and clients.
  • Responsible for the hiring, training, and management of the Parking Attendants team and Supervisors.
  • Maintain and update an Event Calendar for events taking place throughout the cities.
  • Program rates into the systems that are used to collect payments for active event locations.
  • Conduct field audits to ensure effectiveness of revenue collection procedures.

Schedule:
40-hour work weeks. Days and shift times will vary each week depending on the needs of the Events taking place. Nights and Weekend shifts are required on a rotating schedule.
