Event manager / wedding coordination specialist
Job description
We are a wedding company that provides photography, DJ, video, lighting and other wedding services. You get to work with the top professionals in the wedding industry.
We are looking for a highly detail oriented, bilingual person that can take charge of the organization of these events.
We need someone that is customer service oriented and can fully take care of our clients. The ideal candidate is also highly organized as well. We use Microsoft Office a lot (word, excel, powerpoint) and need you to be proficient.
You will be speaking with a lot of clients over the phone with the occasional person coming in to the office.
This is an “in office” position. Our office is located in Hollywood (by Dixie and Harrison).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
