We're hiring an executive assistant that will manage the Club President's day-to-day and perform various administrative duties. The ideal candidate for this role will be dynamic and energetic; possess excellent organizational and relationship management skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable and proactive. This is a full-time benefited position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Calendar Management: Manages the president's calendar and schedules appointments, meetings, and events. '
  • Travel Arrangements: Makes travel arrangements for the Club President, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars. Will travel itineraries and ensure that all travel arrangements are in place.
  • Communication: Manages the Club President's correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication. Will be expected to screen calls and emails, respond to routine requests, and redirect important messages to the president.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinates meetings and prepares materials for the president. They will be expected to take notes during meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Event Planning: Plans and coordinates events and game days for the President and the Club. This may include organizing corporate events, client meetings, and other special events.
  • Administrative Support: Provides general administrative support to the president, such as filing documents, managing databases, and running errands as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative role supposing a senior executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively maintain the confidentiality of the executive team.
  • Must be able to report to work at America First Field in Sandy, this is not a remote position.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior organization skills with an eye for details.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams' schedule.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 20 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
