Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, and plan travel for CEO and senior members of the firm
  • Manage appointment calendars, coordinate meetings, review mail, as directed monitor budget, and responds as appropriate
  • Manage on-site events and any ad-hoc projects.
  • Process and manage confidential material and information with a high level of discretion
  • Oversee and assist in email and written communications
  • Participate in creative brainstorming meetings for new projects

Requirements:

  • Experience within Professional Services is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newark, NJ 07114: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
