The executive Pastor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and systems of the church. Includes Finance and budgets, Implementation of organizational systems and programs which support the church's vision.
- Facilitate, service and support new Areas of Service, Ministries and Leadership Positions.
- Recruit, evaluate and develop assigned staff; paid and volunteer.
- May lead one or more specific programs of the church ministry (i.e. - Life Groups, worship team, discipleship, Christian education, pastoral care, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
