POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform in-home measurements and installations of variety of custom window treatments such as Roller shades, roman shades, draperies, custom plantation shutters and electric shades for indoor as well as outdoor.
• Ability to excel in motorization installation and programming techniques with complex motorized products such as Lutron and Somfy.
• Provide our customers with a great customer service experience throughout each measure, install and service appointment.
• Being pro-active and open to resolve any developing challenges coming up during installation to the best of your abilities with full support from our technical team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School degree or equivalent; degree from a technical/vocational school is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of window treatment installation (blinds, shades, shutters or drapery) OR minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry, custom installation or a transferable skilled trade required.
• A minimum 3 years of significant experience with the use of a common hand, and power tools including but not limited to power drill, level, anchors, and drill bits
• Proven ability and experience accurately measuring within 1/8” with manual and laser measurers
• Significant customer service and in-home service experience
• Strong spoken and written communications skills
• Punctual, reliable and possesses a great work ethic and the highest level of integrity
• A strong understanding of basic to advanced technology with computers, mobile devices and tablets
• Active driver’s license and insurable
• Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds and climb up and down ladders up to 26’ in height
