Think Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Facebook Community Manager - Indian Community to help Think Academy establish, and growth our Facebook community for Indian parents groups in the US. You will create compelling content, stories and campaigns to increase the company's awareness, grow our brand loyalty and establish our community. You will be driving creative social media campaigns to tell the market who we are, what we do, and why it matters.

This is a part-time, remote position, and bilingual in Hindi or other related language is required.

What You Will Do:

• Develop Facebook community strategies with our marketing team
• Design and create effective and exciting social media content to achieve marketing targets.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share original, high-quality material (text, images, videos, or HTML) on Facebook platforms to increase the visibility of company's social content.
• Establish, grow and engage Indian parent communities on Facebook
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPI) for social media channels.

How You Can Be Qualified:

• At least 2+ years of social media experience, especially in Facebook community management
• Bilingual in Hindi or other related language is required for this role
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude; detail and customer oriented; passion for education technology and storytelling.
• Aptitude for creative, professional imagery optimized for social media (lay outs, photography, etc.)
• Able to work independently yet be a stellar team player with a natural ability for collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in related field
