Vocational Visions has been supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for almost 50 years.

A Little About You:

As an employee, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing and following safety plans according to OSHA and company policy
• Helping employees understand safety expectations
• Recommending safety improvements for the company
• Overseeing workplace repairs, installations, landscape
• Moving furniture and equipment
• Replenishing first aid kits and maintaining fire extinguishers
• Attending quarterly safety walks
• Keeping accurate and organized records
• Overseeing monthly safety meetings with clients and staff
• Overseeing company transportation program, including maintaining our fleet of cars
• Meeting our qualifications - 18+ years old, possess a valid driver’s license, graduated from high school or equivalent, and ideally have some experience working with disabled adults
• Passing some pre-hire requirements - physical, background check and drug screen.

What We Offer:

• Monday through Friday work weeks for most employees
• 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Medical, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance.
• PTO, sick leave and holiday pay.
• $17.00/hr. - $18.50hr., depending on experience and job title.

** $250 paid every 90 days while employed through year 1. New hires only.
