Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Associate
Branch: Kennett Area
Pay Class: Full Time/Non-Exempt
Shifts/Availability: 40 hours a week AM or Evening
Rate: $18.00-$25.00

Position Purpose: The Kennett Area YMCA is looking for a Custodian to maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility and to assist with room set-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and perform custodial functions
- Maintain a safe environment for members, participants and general public while performing work duties
- Assist with room set up and breakdown
- Assist with occasional grounds maintenance tasks
- Evaluate and report any health, safety or cleanliness issues to supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic custodial equipment and functions
- Ability to relate well with staff and general public
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have HS diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year experience required
