Your role in a nutshell

Responsible for conducting general preventive maintenance services and repairs on operational equipment structures, and property. Maintain a safe, clean and fully functional working environment for Distribution Center employees.

More about the role

• Complete work orders (Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical) in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist contractors/vendors while onsite to perform facilities related projects as required.
• Provide support to other facilities related functions including but not limited to janitorial functions, warehouse services, and groundskeeping
• Support the waste management and recycling processes, inclement weather preparation as needed, and support of onsite company events as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including minimizing the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace. Report potential risks, near misses and real accidents to relevant managers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

What we look for

1 years + related field

Facilities / maintenance/ warehouse operations background preferred

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
