Come join our established 5 star team in beautiful Big Bear Lake, CA! 20 years strong and still growing! We are currently seeking a Full Time, Long Term, and capable associate to work in a fast growing vacation rental company in beautiful Big Bear Lake, CA - Company work vehicle provided.

Applicant must be a talented individual, creative problem solver, understand electrical, electronics, skilled in multiple trades and be mechanically inclined with home repair knowledge. The job will require the use of a DMM meter to test and trouble shoot / diagnose repairs. Automotive, Appliance Repair, Maintenance Person, Home Repair, Plumbing and/or Pool/Spa knowledge is a plus! We will provide Specific Industry Training.

Work environment generally consists of servicing Vacation Rental Properties and managing repair calls at customer's homes, working in the indoor/outdoors, in a self-managed environment. Must be self-motivated, positive, efficient and disciplined. Good Presentation and customer service skills required.

Applicant must be physically capable and have a clean driving record.

Compensation: average $18 - $24 per hour base pay and bonuses, plus drive a company vehicle! Good Driving Record required.
