Community Counseling Solutions is looking for a Full-Time Facility Registered Nurse at Lakeview Heights Secure Residential Facility in Heppner, Oregon.
As the facility RN, you will be responsible for providing mental health nursing care for the 8 residents and 2 crisis beds at Lakeview Heights.

Duties for this rewarding position include:
- The administration of oral and hypodermic medications, vital signs, and working closely with staff and clients regarding medication administration and other health-related topics.
Requirements:
- Successful candidates must have a current Oregon Registered Nursing license.
- The ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Insurance coverage of $300,000 in bodily injury and $100,000 in property damage.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual Salary for this position range from $78,800 to $120,600 DOE.
- CCS has a benefit package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K match, life insurance, EAP & LTD, and paid licensure supervision.
