Job Description: TPUSA Faith is seeking a highly-skilled, professional, and motivated individual to assist in one of the nation's largest and most innovative efforts to restore biblical values in America. A Faith Representative is responsible for working with a variety of different Christian denominations, to equip, empower and engage the faith community. Faith Representatives will network and build relationships with pastors and faith leaders. Through relationships built representatives will help organize, provide resources and be a support on the ground, helping to civically engage Christian faith communities.
Faith Representatives are also responsible for starting TPUSA Faith Groups and building coalitions with pastors; educating activists on our core values; starting classes; conducting community impact initiatives; giving oral presentations; importing and organizing data; and networking on behalf of the organization at events and conferences; conducting research; hosting events and bringing awareness to issues pertaining to the faith community.

The ideal candidate will fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation. The Faith Representative reports directly to the Faith Regional Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to network and work with a variety of different people & pastors
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Passionate for conservative values and the faith community
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic work environment
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic, goal-oriented & competitive
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Punctual and very responsive
• Teachable and opened to learning
• Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned

• Past experience running events
• Past/present involvement in conservative or faith based organizations
• Public speaking experience
• Professional sales or networking experience
• Previous experience in church leadership
