Job description

We are currently looking for a BC/BE family medicine physician to join our primary care practice in Great Falls, Montana, within the multispecialty network known as Great Falls Clinic.

• Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established outpatient practice and work alongside 5 board certified family medicine physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, 3 physician assistants, and a tenured support staff, including care managers and nurses to help with annual wellness visits
• Our practice provides the full scope of primary care services to patients of all ages, as well as in-house nutritional counseling, diabetic education, physical therapy, and convenient access to an on-site lab and imaging center
• Our physicians also leverage a robust specialist network within Great Falls Clinic for referrals and collaborative care, lending to continuity and improved patient outcomes
• Flexible full-time schedule with a light call obligation on a rotating basis (phone only, no hospital consults)
