WE ARE RECRUTING FOR A DYNAMIC AND FORWARD THINKING FAMILY NP OR PA TO WORK IN OUR RURAL HEALTH CLINIC IN PARKER, AZ. JOIN A GREAT HOSPITAL-OWNED CLINIC AND WORK WITH DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL.

Monday - Friday, No Call, WORKS 4 10 HOUR SHIFTS OPPOSITE THE OTHER PRACTITIONERS. Excellent Wages and Benefits. Relocation and Sign On Bonus available for the right candidate.

Job Summary: Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice. May be required to work at other Hospital-Owned Clinics or main Hospital as needed.

Nurse Practitioner:
Regulatory Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona
• Masters Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program.
• National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligible. Certification must be obtained within the first six (6) months of employment.
• Current BCLS Certification.

Must have CDL Certification within 6 months of hire date to do physicals.

Physician's Assistant:

Regulatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, etc.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician's Assistant Program.
• NCCPA Certified.
• Licensed in the State of Arizona as a physician’s assistant.
• Registered with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) if applicable.
• Must have a CDL Certification for Physicals within 6 months of hire.
• Current BLS/CPR
• Current liability coverage.
• Must complete 100 hours of CME every two (2) years and take the recertification exam every six (6) years.
• Must be supervised by a physician.
• Scope of practice is related directly to the PA's supervising physician and individual state laws.

Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.

Skills: Basic computer knowledge. * Able to perform minor office surgeries, apply casts and splints, suture lacerations.

Pay: $96,075.20 - $147,950.40 per year
