We’re scaling rapidly and are looking for a Fantasy Sports Operations Associate to join our Lobby/Live Ops team. You will utilize sports statistics and research to manage the player pool and assign player pricing. In doing so, you will ensure the highest quality experience for our consumers. WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A FANTASY SPORTS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE:

• Work flexible days and hours (dependent on sport schedules) including nights and weekends.

• Generate revenue and on-site merchandising.

• Manage and execute pricing of player salaries.

• Apply your knowledge of the sports landscape in order to identify and manage problematic situations.

• You will have a direct line of communication with management about the performance of our Daily Fantasy Sports product.

• Select contests to put on the site based on data analyses.

• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, engineering, or math.

• Ability to work flexible hours.

• You are a self-motivated team player.

• Competent in Microsoft Excel (SQL experience a bonus).

• Passion for sports and familiarity for DraftKings products

• Strong attention to detail and a highly analytical mind.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $48,000.00 - $72,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
