Tea For U - T4...or as we're more famously known as T4 Livermore (a really cool boba milk tea place), is looking to add a few awesome kitchen staff to join our highly motivated team of Ninjas....we're not really Ninjas - we're just really good at what we do!

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Follow health and safety guidelines *Fulfill all incoming food orders to customer specifications *Follow proper procedures in performing specified duties *Know and comply with all health and sanitation practices *Perform all tasks in the kitchen to include deep fry quick serve foods *Responsible for hygiene of kitchen and prepare for surprise inspections *Perform opening and closing procedures for the day and following day *Prepare any ingredients such as meat needed for cooking *Maintain food preparation areas, surfaces and utensils *Run cooking equipment such as grills, deep fryers and griddles *Prepare, cut and wash foods prior to cooking *Stock workstations as needed *Rotate food items in cold storage and throw away any expired items *Sort, chop, and store food items that need to be used for cooking purposes *Assure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, including kitchen floors *Wash and dry dishes, pots and pans, and throw away trash in trash receptacles *Maintain inventory of all consumable goods and ensure items are replenished *Additional duties as assigned by a supervisor and/or manager

QUALIFICATIONS

*Experience in the kitchen/desire to work in the kitchen *Experience working in a fast-paced environment *Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and procedures *Strong attention to detail...no one wants burnt chicken - ninjas know better! *Ability to take direction and communicate effectively, proactive in work, etc. *AMAZING ability to be the ruler of the kitchen...not the measuring ruler, but the other kind of ruler.... :)

Assigned working shifts will depend on business needs and applicant availability. The more availability ya got, the more CHA CHING $$$$ you will have to spend! :)

We are located at 4010 East Avenue in Livermore, CA in the same shopping center as Ophelia's Kitchen, East Avenue Barbershop, Shepherd's Gate, China Villa, Terra Mia, Sushi Zone, Round Table Pizza, etc.
