Job Role – Field Service Engineer

Work Location – USA Indianapolis,Indiana (Onsite from Office)

Job Description

Provide 1st and 2nd level manufacturing and warehouse support, troubleshooting and deployment for Carrier IT devices. Manufacturing and warehouse support can encompass assembly, fabrication, materials handling, The types of devices that require daily implementation, support and troubleshooting:

1D and 2D barcode handheld and fixed scanners

Thermal printers

Industrial manufacturing printers

Print and Apply applicators (with the participation facilities maintenance)

Shopfloor computers

Factory Floor TV’s (with the participation facilities maintenance)

DigiPort Servers

Timeclocks

Deployment of IOT devices related assembly line operations

Installation of manufacturing-related application on factory floor computers

Preparation, setup and support of annual physical inventory barcode handheld scanners and thermal printers

Preparation, setup and network connectivity support of tablets or laptops for regular hourly employee surveys

Base level troubleshooting of issues related network connected devices

Base level troubleshooting of manufacturing-related applications

Installation of new operational technology to assembly or subassembly lines

Experience with ServiceNow or any other ticketing tool

Work location - Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
