Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Finance System Implementation Manager. This position reports to the Global SDI Team (Solutions, Deployments, Implementations) and is based at Skillman, New Jersey.

This role will be part of the Enterprise Business Solutions supporting finance system implementations and transformation. The EBS organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial, compliance, procurement, and enablement solutions to our operating companies worldwide.

What will you do

The Finance System Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of OneStream from a Close Consolidation and Reporting perspective for the North America region as well as OneS4 interdependencies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the project team, coordinating with base operations on design, testing, and training, and identifying process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the OneStream Finance consolidation system across the North America Region, ensuring successful delivery of the project on time, within budget and to quality standards
  • Manage the project plan, ensuring alignment with the overall program goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the project team as well as base operations, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to deliver
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution
  • Ensure that appropriate project documentation is created, maintained and available for audit purposes
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks and issues
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the new system implementation project
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system
  • Work with stakeholders to identify any potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $145,000.

Qualifications


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • At least 5+ years of experience preferably in Finance and/or System implementation and preferably in a large multinational organization
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects
  • Experience in managing project teams, including cross-functional and virtual teams
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, practices and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, framing and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates Leadership and Management skills through direct or indirect relationships
  • Experience with finance consolidation systems such as Oracle, SAP or Hyperion is preferred
