The Private Wealth Advisor Consultant will be responsible for generating new relationships and servicing existing relationships within the region, strong analytical and consultative selling skills required.

This role is eligible to receive incentive compensation, paid quarterly, based on participation in the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.
Base Pay Range: $93,800/yr. - $156,300/yr.
The Private Wealth Advisor Consultant will be responsible for generating new relationships and servicing existing relationships within the region, strong analytical and consultative selling skills required.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Territory management and development for region covering RIAs, family offices, private banks and large wire teams
Drive sales in a defined territory across all products offered by Nuveen
Articulate the quantitative and qualitative attributes of Nuveen’s investment solutions to clients and prospects
Able to leverage resources effectively (people, technology, etc.)
Conduct analysis and research on competitive asset managers
Conduct discovery work to review the opportunities within our client’s asset allocation, and review how our investment solutions may fit within their recommended allocations
Develop and maintain relationships with key centers of influence within the territory
Stay abreast of key market, industry and product trends and provide feedback to Private Wealth Advisor sales team/manager on product/industry trends seen in the field

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
