Team Select Home Care is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Team Select family. As the Finanical Analyst you will actively be involved in both the Finance and Accounting department, as well as, our growing Strategy & Analytics department. When working with the Finance department, you will be primarily responsible for managing and enhancing financial systems, processes and technologies designed to reduce month-end close, improve the flow of information to end-users, and improve internal controls. In addition, you will work closely with the Strategy and Analytics Manager to continue to develop and deploy technologies and metrics to support our growing business. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager
- Manage, enhance, and troubleshoot all financial platforms
- Identify and create new reports to support the continuous improvement of processes and systems for the Finance & Accounting department aimed at reducing month-end close, improving internal controls, and improving the flow and usefulness of information for end-users
- Work wtih the Manager of Strate & Analytics to continue to deployment of metrics and technologies to suppor the continued growth of the company
- Facilitate monthly financial reviews with leadership teams
- Build and maintain financial models and analysis
- Bachelors degree majoring in Finance or Accounting required
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in Finance, Accouting, or Analytics
- Advanced Excel experience required
