Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to the Senior Financial Analyst in the analysis of revenues, gross profit, staffing, spending plans, and variances to budget
• Assist in the development of the annual budget and reforecast
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure that forecasts and financial projections are practical and prepared in a timely manner
• Develop analytical reports and presentations of projections that highlight key performance metrics
• Identify, propose, and implement processes improvements for changing business environment
• Create Ad-hoc reports as needed
• Assist with preparing the annual audit report
• Assist with month end close where necessary
• Stay current with new accounting pronouncements

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in public accounting, healthcare or insurance industry.
• Budget and planning experience
• Financial planning and reporting systems experience preferred
• Tableau experience or similar analysis software
