Busy, established, boutique commercial property management firm seeking a Financial Controller to oversee all financial activity for our various client owned properties. Position requires candidate to directly supervisor accounts payables and accounts receivable team and all monthly activity. Candidate to complete all month-end requirements including bank reconciliations, accruals, and all final entries required for full GAAP accounting. Candidate to complete monthly financial packages for clients/properties. Candidate to handle year-end closing and work with clients CPA's and auditors in preparation of annual tax returns. Candidate to report directly to company owner. This is not a remote job.

Must be proficient in MRI Software, Yardi, excel and other Microsoft office applications.

Pay: $88,762.00 - $96,123.00 per year
