Overview:
Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Financial Management Administrative Support Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFIT/FM at WPAFB, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Research and collect data on program/project information and develop and prepare presentations and briefings for office requestors on the whole range of office activities including but not limited to studies, analyses, metrics, plans, progress reports, metric status reports, and related topics.
- Collect students' funding documentation and bill for contractors and all non-traditional active duty and civilian students' tuition attending AFIT.
- Review students accounts to identify outstanding payments.
- Confirm that tuition payments are received and correspond with the students and sponsors to ensure the accounts match the funding received.
- Establish financial accounts for new students and sponsors within the Datatel Colleague Database, Academic Institutions Portal and US Treasury pay.gov system.
- Clearance: NACI or ability to obtain a NACI
- BA/BS degree and 2 years of relevant experience or
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience
- Highly Desired; knowledge of bursar activities to include student registrations, and tuition payments and collections
