Dolphin Carpet & Tile is looking for a top-level in store/in home sales closer for our Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay location.

Dolphin Carpet & Tile is the largest Full Service Flooring Retailer in South Florida with ten showrooms throughout Miami Dade/ Broward Counties. We are a privately owned company that has been in business since 1974. The company sells and installs all types of flooring (Wood, Laminate, LVT, Carpet, Tile, Stone, etc.). We maintain an inventory of over a million square feet of flooring materials in stock at all times. We are the market leader in South Florida.

Requirements:

• MUST have previous sales experience.
• We are looking for an aggressive professional with strong closing skills.
• Must have a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Must be well organized and self motivated.
• Must have strong mathematical aptitude.
• Must have excellent customer service skills - willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
• Flooring sales experience is preferred but we will train the right applicant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional flooring advice and information to customers
• Ability to measure job sites and close sales
• Keep showroom organized and properly merchandised.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
