238 Cherokee Grill is the Heart Beat and Soul of Restaurants in Kings Mountain. We have been serving the area for over 10 years and keep people coming back for more with our Daily Specials, Burgers, Steaks & Craft Cocktails. We are an Energetic Full Service Restaurant that is open 7 days a week. We also feature a large outdoor patio where our guests can relax and enjoy themselves with live music and events across the street at Patriot Park.

We are searching for a motivated FOH Manager to join our team. They will help execute the restaurant by making schedules, ordering and taking inventory, and other fundamentals needed to make the restaurant successful.

Quality of life restaurant structure with a minimum 40 hour work week unlike your corporate 50-60 hour requirements.

238 Cherokee Grill is owned by "CAD CAPITAL" which also owns and operates other restaurant gems in the local area such as Pita Wheel Dallas, Pita Wheel Gastonia, & Pita Wheel Belmont, NC.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of full service restaurant management experience(Not Fast Food)
• Good Computer Skills with knowledge of Microsoft and Social Media
• Ability to work at high volume in the FOH and BOH when needed

Requirements:

• Order and Receive product with proper rotating techniques
• Make server schedules
• Be able to lift 50 pounds to put up trucks and groceries
• Must be able to multi-task
• Work Nights and Weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
