Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises & Events operates Florida’s largest and premier fleet of dining and wedding yachts out of Tampa Channelside and Clearwater Marina. Our dining cruises consist of lunch and dinner cruises, private events, corporate functions, social gatherings, beautiful weddings and much more.

Yacht StarShip also owns and operates the Lost Pearl pirate ship, Bay Rocket jet boat, Tampa Riverwalk Rentals (bicycles, sup, kayaks) and Pirate Water Taxi offering hop on-hop off service along the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa.

We are currently hiring for someone who can work a dual role of Server and Server Assistant based on daily needs and schedule rotations to work aboard our beautiful dining yacht from the Clearwater Marina.

Requirements
This position will be cross trained to work as a server or server assistant as needed.

Applicants should have full weekend availability and at least 6 months experience in restaurant dining service. This is a great position to learn about the hospitality industry and start a career that is fun and rewarding. Plus you get to cruise for every shift!

Open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is necessary. Thursday through Sunday are our busiest days and special cruises are always sailing on the holidays.

Must be energetic, have a great attitude and work ethic. This is a very fun atmosphere and so unique compared to the average restaurant setting!

Our servers are paid a base rate of $7.98/hour and with tips are averaging up to $40/hour!

We are currently hiring for our Clearwater Beach location.

Priority will be given to applicants with at least 1 year CURRENT experience in fine dining and/or a high volume restaurant. Must be able to carry a tray, walk up and down stairs and service multiple tables at once.

Sailings include public lunch and dinner cruises, private events and lots of weddings. Table service depends on the type of event and ranges from seated to buffet to cocktail style.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.98 - $13.00 per hour
