Main Responsibilities

· A successful applicant will be able to work in a refrigerated environment for long periods of time. You will oversee the cold food production team responsible for plating cuisines according to the food presentation guidelines for our airline customers.

· Your team is expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality cleanliness standards, and have a commitment to exceptional service.

· You will manage the team through structured communications, compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes and continuous improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· BS in related field preferred.

· Experience in food processing, grocery store produce, delicatessen, or similar industries

· Industry experience with a solid understanding of food safety, regulatory compliance, and GMP

· Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with payroll and scheduling software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Linthicum, MD 21090: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
