About This Position

The role of the Server Assistant/Busser (internally "Floor Assistant") is to support the Restaurant service staff in the service of the guest. The supportive role of the FA/Busser is to help make food/restaurant service more efficient and timely. The Restaurant Floor Assistant will also be responsible for the order taking, input and delivery of Room Service orders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clearing and cleaning tables of used plates, cutlery, drinkware and napkins
• Preparing tables for seating
• Assisting serving staff when necessary
• Maintaining a clean restaurant
• Refill non-alcoholic beverage for guests

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior customer service experience, required
• Prior restaurant and/or banquet/event experience, preferred
• Valid WA Food Handlers Card - required within 14 days from start
• Weekend availability, required
