Launched in 2006, Freund Family Foods is a family owned and operated concession business operating at some of the biggest fairs, festivals, airshows, and special events in the United States. Featuring well known brands; Outlaw Fries, The Slush Factory, and its newest creation, the Mac & Cheese Truck; the Freund Family travels the country each year setting up food and snack concessions at State Fairs from coast to coast.
We are seeking highly motivated and dependable applicants to join us in our new project at Hurricane Harbor in Oklahoma City.

The Food Service Worker is responsible for providing customers with quick but attentive service in a fast-paced, high volume environment. The successful candidate must be capable of lifting 50 pounds, operating POS systems and handling food items safely. This is a position that requires a willingness to learn, the ability to remain calm under stress, and a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Operate a Point of sale system and take orders from customers.
Use proper sanitation techniques to prevent the spread of disease.
Ensuring that all food equipment is properly used and cared for.
Maintaining a guest ready environment which includes having sufficient product and a clean environment.
- Keeping food preparation areas clean and organized.
- Ensuring that cooking projections are adhered to.
- Preparing , cooking, and serving a variety of delicous food to our guests.
Qualifications
Must be 16 or older for cashier position
Must be 18 or older for cook position
Must possess oral and written English skills and must be able to communicate with Guest and other employees effectively.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- You will also work closely with many different types of machinery. Extreme caution needs to be used at all times.
- Available to work overtime, if over 18 years of age.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
