Full Job Description
Franchise Business Coaches (FBCs) are responsible for an assigned region of approx. 25 Franchise Owners. They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve goals to drive business in the areas of sales, profits, and growth. To accomplish this, FBCs focus on coaching and influencing Franchisees to provide consistent and safe brand experiences, Customer hospitality, operational excellence, well-trained Team Members, exemplary facilities, same-store comp growth, and organizational preparation for additional growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel 75% of the time
- Coach Franchisees through regular check-ins via phone, email and Zoom, and quarterly in-person shop visit reports
- Achieve operational and business performance goals for Franchisees, as set by the Vice President of Operations and The Company
- Review Franchisees’ operations visits to assess past performance and goals to plan for future growth
- Identify priority areas with Franchisees to drive sales, profitability, and growth usingdata and analytics

- Coach Franchisees based upon priority areas
- New Store Opening Responsibilities—support Franchisees in understanding the processes of opening a new restaurant, and providing support during and after openings
- Facilitate communications between Franchisee and the Company’s departments
- Work with the Field Marketing Team to maximize marketing initiatives for their Franchisees
- Adhere to established Company expense standards
- Learn how to use Company’s established technology, and teach others how to operate
- Complete all responsible administrative functions and requirements of the position as set by the Vice President of Operations
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalency in business or related field
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Required minimum – 5 years of Franchisee management with regional or district-level multi-unit operations
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Coaching, consultation, analytics and problem solving
- Relationship builder
- Extensive P&L knowledge related to analysis and management
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong sense of self-leadership and ability to work autonomously
- Sound judgement and decision-making
- Able to develop and execute plans to drive results
- Adapt to different situations and personalities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
