Earned Run Vacation Rentals is seeking a Front Desk Cleark who can also work as a Cleaning Technician when needed for our Blue Wave Suites location in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

This job consists of complete unit turnovers upon guest checkout—assistance with guest check-in/check-out and front desk coverage. This is a small suite-style boutique hotel. Employees will need to wear multiple hats. Guest interaction is the essential part of the position. All applicants must be able to speak and interact well with Guests.

This will require a weekend work schedule (rotations will be available)

Applicant must have the willingness to learn hotel booking software to take guest payments. No booking or desk experience required but the applicant must possess the ability to communicate with guests and have basic computer skills.

The job pays $17-$22 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Daily cleaning of all common areas
• Guest Check in/check out.
• Cleaning of Vacation Rental units as calendar requires.
• Daily Hotel / Housekeeping
• This is a physical cleaning job. Must be able to vacuum, dust, scrub kitchens and bathrooms, bend and lift up to 40lbs.-Experience in housekeep/hospitality cleaning is very helpful.
• Ability to attend to guests needs
• Do laundry at times

Access to reliable transportation is a must.
