POSITION: Front Desk Coordinator
TYPE: Full-Time or Part-Time within Standard Operating Hours
SHIFTS: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
LOCATION: Mendota Heights, MN

WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will manage the front desk and warmly welcome the employees and individuals we serve that visit or call our main office. Your role is typically the first that applicants, employees, and clients will interact with face-to-face, so it is critical that you provide superior support to everyone that interacts with you, and you are always available at the front desk. The position includes opportunities to provide administrative support to Human Resources, Client Support, and Executive Teams should you excel in your role, leading to growth in your position. If you are friendly, organized, work well independently, and have pertinent software experience, we want to meet you.
In addition to the previous duties, but not limited to:
- Provide front desk coverage, schedule appointments, answer phones, manage incoming referrals, order supplies, and run miscellaneous errands as needed.
- Assigning and Tracking specific duties related to RTI staff training.
- Responsibility and reliability to be at the front desk, ready to greet and assist as needed.
- Provides general administrative support to the Office Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Experience and working knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft office products.
- Be able to pass a Department of Human Services background check.
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task well.
- Must possess strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- A valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory driving record.
- Have access to a working vehicle with valid auto insurance for yourself and the vehicle.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. or more.
PREFERED EXPERIENCE: One year of administrative, receptionist, office coordination, or equivalent experience.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
