Venetian Nail Spa is an upscale nail salon located at Legacy West, one of the brand new and most modern shopping centers in Plano, TX. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of Nail Salon and Spa services, offering environmental lifestyle products to each of our clients under the highest standards of business ethics. We are looking for a hard-working, great personality and dedicated Front Desk/Receptionist. Salon Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Serves clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies the technicians of clients' arrival.
• Manage the appointment scheduling of clients and proper handling of incoming/outgoing calls
• Manage tracking and input of client records into salon software
• Must be proficient in POS salon software
• Resolve issues such as scheduling conflicts or mishaps,or customer complaints
• Manage an organized work area
