Job description
Hillcrest Animal Clinic is a full service equine and small animal veterinary clinic, located north of Lincoln, Nebraska in the country. We provide comprehensive veterinary care, advanced reproductive services, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture and herbal therapies.
We have one full time position open at the front desk.
Duties would include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking appointments in and out, checking and replying to voicemails and emails, scanning, computer work, cleaning exam rooms and the waiting room. You'll also help restrain dogs for blood draws and nail trims or for the doctors to do an exam.
We are looking for someone that is genuinely friendly and welcoming to clients, polite and professional on the phone, someone that can jump in and help however needed. Previous horse experience is a plus, when on the phone.
