We are now looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Historic Crags Lodge. In this position, you will supervise the front office day to day operations and you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience from the time they arrive on the property until they depart.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests and owners with check-in and out as well as giving support and assisting the Front Desk staff with any questions or guest situations.
  • Train new team members.
  • Provide support to the team.
  • Follow up on any unresolved situations in a timely manner and pass on appropriate information to other Manager/Supervisors for handling.
  • Collaborates with all resort departments to meet guest expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Prior Front Desk Experience
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience
  • Skilled in solving practical problems
