Job description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Food Prep as a Team who will be responsible for the following and doing this for a living.
Work hours : 25 ~ 40 Hours Per Week
Location : Stubborn Poke and Chips
Food court @ Parkway Plaza Mall in El Cajon
709 Parkway Plaza, El Cajon, CA 92020
Required license or certification :
- FOH / BOH : San Diego Certified Food Handlers Card
- Must be able to multi task, be self-motivated, outgoing and friendly
- Must take pride in their appearance, have a positive personality and have excellent customer service skills
- Providing quick, efficient service in order to fulfill all orders
- Ensuring proper knowledge in order to safely operate equipment/tools
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area
- Following verbal and written instructions in order to maintain product quality and consistency
- Preparing a variety of drinks, fried food and other food items
- Knowing and complying consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Portioning food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
- Assisting other members whenever possible
- Training both BOH and FOH
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.50 - $16.00/hour.
