Heritage Tavern is seeking a Front of House Manager/Maître d.

Primary Job Responsibilities for FOH Manager

• Managing Reservations (Resy) & Customer Relations
• FOH Employee Oversight
• Hiring & Training Support
• POS/Toast Management
• Basic Marketing Support
• Floor Management
• Monitor nightly closeout and cash deposit
• Assists with Supply Ordering
• Manage large party contracts and buy-outs

Additional Expectations

Works closely with home office team and other entities of the business, including Heritage Catering and Fox Heritage Farms.

Provides leadership to FOH staff and demonstrates a high level of customer service driven professionalism when resolving issues.

Ensure an outstanding guest experience and atmosphere by monitoring the presentation of our dining room and bar area.

Assists with health and safety planning/monitoring to ensure a continuously safe and comfortable environment for staff and guests.

Assists, as needed, with outside entities including: city departments for licensing, health department for inspection and guidance, local groups and marketing partners.

Fox Heritage Farms (Willow Creek Farms) is located in Prairie du Sac. We raise pure Berkshire hogs on small WI family farms and operate a meat processing facility that sells products both wholesale and retail.

Heritage Catering, based in Fitchburg, WI, has been providing upscale catering services to both private and corporate customers in and around the Madison area since 2012. We have been the Premier Caterer for Concerts on the Square for several seasons and executed an exciting "come back" experience in 2022.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
