We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with a genuine interest in being a part of something special. You will be responsible for greeting and interacting with our guests, helping to answer their questions or directing them to the correct personnel when necessary. The ideal candidate is professional, personable and well spoken and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and route them according to their priority.
• Answer emails, provide information via email and assist with customer inquiries.
• Create PowerPoint presentations.
• Answer inbound calls, transfer to other people and perform other general office duties.
• Assist with customer service issues that arise over the phone and via email.
• Answer emails and provide information.
• Assist the supervisor with administrative duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
