Front Office Medical Assistant Job Details:

• Position: Temporary Front Medical Assistant for 3-5 months, with possibility of permanent hire if position becomes available.
• Location: Oxnard, CA
• Pay: $18-$21/hr. starting hourly pay
• Benefits (If Position Becomes Long-term):Comprehensive package, including Dental, Health, Vision insurance, Paid time off, Retirement plan, 100% of employee's health insurance premium paid, and 10% of the employee's annual salary contributed to profit-sharing plan (by group with zero employee contribution)

Key Responsibilities of the Front Office Medical Assistant Position:

• Greeting patients
• Preparing charts for patient visit
• Patient check-in
• Assisting patients with forms
• Performing insurance verifications
• Collecting copays
• Scheduling appointments and obtaining authorizations
• Other front office duties as assigned

Front Office Medical Assistant Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1-2 years of Medical Front Office experience
